• Customer wanted to conduct a Maturity Assessment for IT and Cyber Security against recommendations of Gopalakrishna Committee
• Customer also wanted to develop a Balanced Scorecard for IT

• Conducted review of Policies and Procedures for IT and Cyber Security
• Conducted walkthrough of processes managed by different sections of IT and Cyber Security
• Studied regulatory and compliance requirements, Key Result Areas (KRAs), metrics and reporting
• Studied operational practices, gaps and corresponding risks
• Assessed effectiveness and maturity of operational practices through review of records, reports, artefacts etc.
• Developed Maturity Assessments for different domains of IT and Cyber Security
• Developed Balanced Scorecard for all the activities under the scope of IT including the Framework, Adherence, Reporting and Measurement Criteria
• Provided list of artefacts, reports etc. to be reported for Balanced Scorecard assessment
