Quality Assurance

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Identifying quality issues and creating test reports
Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures
Analysing test results and reporting to the development team with reproducible steps / test inputs and conditions
Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors
Participate in software product development, bringing a testing and broader quality lens to requirements and design
Contribute to feature estimates and ensure that required testing is clearly articulated in the definition of done
Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business and functional requirements
Build and maintain well-engineered automated tests (selenium) across the testing phases for both functional and non-functional concerns
Integrate tests into build/deployment pipelines to facilitate continuous delivery
Create / conceive performance / load testing scenarios for stability and availability
Perform basic smoke testing of common security / functional scenarios or hands on experience with common load testing / performance testing tools
Perform manual test activities such as exploratory testing, usability testing, and acceptance testing throughout the delivery process
Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude
Great organizational and time management skills
Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours
